Gaëlle Hénaff Sterbik is a User Support and Capacity Development Officer at Mercator Ocean International, where she leads Work Package 5 – Services & Operations for the EDITO project, focusing on user support, data validation, and capacity-building activities. Previously, she was a project manager at Akkodis for Copernicus Marine and WEkEO, and a scientific engineer at LEGOS (IRD/CNRS), specializing in ocean-atmosphere coupling and satellite data analysis. She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical and Physical Oceanography from Aix-Marseille Université.
