Klaas Deneudt is Head of the Marine Observation Centre at VLIZ. He has a background in marine biodiversity observation, data systems, and project coordination.
He coordinates DTO-BioFlow, a project aimed at integrating marine biodiversity data into the European Digital Twin Ocean.
As part of his role, he leads efforts in long-term marine monitoring, data integration, and innovation in marine observatory infrastructure.
